Phew…it’s been a busy Summer! How are you feeling?

The end of Summer is here and I think we are ALL due for a self-care break.

Self-care can look like many things. It’s an opportunity for rest & soothing. It’s showing up and following through on your commitments to yourself. It’s scheduling your appointments. It’s connecting deeper with your Self. It’s what YOU need out of it.

This week I want to challenge you to practice 1 form of self-care a day!

A sneak peak…

Over the last couple of months, I have begun to create something very special that is inspired by feedback from both past and current clients. Coming in 2025…a monthly membership with access to 1:1 coaching, group support & motivation, along with guided practices in yoga, meditation, somatic tracking, and more.
